Each Bethany Fellow is assigned a mentor. Our mentor has regular contact with us - usually a phone call once a month to check in and see how we're doing spiritually, emotionally and physically. Our mentor will ask us about the joys and challenges of our ministry. These calls always end with a time of prayer. The mentors pray for the fellows throughout the year, too.
At the retreats, the fellows can sign up for a time of spiritual direction with their mentors. The mentors also make themselves available for support and prayer whenever we have an emergency or crisis in our personal or professional life.
